How Our Summer League Scoring Works
For those new to our league format, here’s how we determine the winners:
2 people per team will play in each bay. We combine both bays scores and average them out at the end for a final 4-some score. We then deduct your team’s average handicap from that score.
- Standings are based on cumulative points.
- The lowest net score of the week earns 5 points. The highest net score will get 1 point.
- The highest cumulative points will be in 1st place. The lowest cumulative points will be in last place.
- Championship seeding will be determined by week 7 standings
- You get 1 mulligan per bay to strategically use throughout the round.
- We set the concede point or “gimme” at 4.00.
- Subs are allowed!
- The first 7 weeks are the regular season, the last week will be the championships.
Playoffs & Championship
Weeks 1-7 will be the regular season building your standings. Standings are based on cumulative points from the season.
Week 8 will be our championship round. The teams will be seeded and play head to head to advance to the championship match. The first round will be 9 holes at Harbour Town for seeds 4 and 5. The winner advances to Round 2 18 holes at Pebble Beach Golf Links. The winner will play the first seed and seeds 2 and 3 will battle it out. Winners will move on to round 3 to play 9 holes at Trump National Colts Neck. The team with the lowest net score will be the Summer 2026 Champion!
The championship will be played Wednesday 7/1, will start at 7:30 and will go until 11. Please plan accordingly.
