These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Golf Paradise Club website and services. By accessing our website or using our facilities, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Use of Services
  • You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use our services.
  • You agree to use our services for lawful purposes only and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • We reserve the right to deny access to our services if you violate these Terms or engage in inappropriate behavior.
2. Membership and Booking
  • Memberships are non-transferable and must be used by the registered member only.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
  • We reserve the right to adjust pricing, membership benefits, and availability at our discretion.
3. Liability and Disclaimers
  • Golf Paradise Club provides simulation golf services for recreational purposes. We are not responsible for any injuries or damages sustained while using our facilities.
  • You acknowledge that golf can be a physically demanding activity, and you assume all risks associated with participation.
  • We make no guarantees about the accuracy of data provided by our golf simulators. Use this information at your own discretion.
4. Intellectual Property
  • All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Golf Paradise Club and is protected by copyright laws.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without our prior written consent.

Everything you need to know.
Can I come as many times as I want?
Yes — every tier includes unlimited bay time within your access window. No session caps, no per-visit charges.
What if I want to come outside my window?
Members pay the Paradise member rate of $20/hour for time outside their window. You're never locked out.
Can I bring guests?
Absolutely. Guests pay standard member walk-in rates. Bring your foursome, your spouse, your boss.
Is there a contract or commitment?
Month-to-month only. Cancel anytime, no questions asked. We'd rather earn your renewal every month.
What's included in the free swing analysis?
A full 30-minute one-on-one with a PGA-certified instructor reviewing your GOLFZON data live. You leave with a specific improvement plan.
How is this different from a driving range?
A range gives you a bucket and a field. GPC gives you real-time data, PGA instructors, and 200+ courses. Practice that actually transfers.
Is the Season Pass really limited to 40?
Yes — hard cap. When 40 spots fill we open a waitlist. Not a tactic — a real constraint.
Does After Work include Friday evenings?
After Work covers Monday–Thursday, 4pm–8pm. Fridays excluded but members can book at $20/hour member rate.
